Based on Wirral, we are a group of metal detecting enthusiasts (men and women) who enjoy pursuing our hobby of finding interesting historical artefacts and coins. We share an interest in history & archaeology and regularly meet up to brag about our finds and share our metal detecting experiences.
We meet on the first Thursday of every month to discuss recent digs and finds. Each meeting we have a coin and artefact of the month competition, there is access to our lending library of books, and the all important raffle!

If you are a landowner in Merseyside, Cheshire or the surrounding areas and would allow club members to search your land contact us
Landowners & the public
We offer a free recovery service to landowners, farmers and members of the public who have lost metal objects. Tools, jewellery and keys are often lost and difficult to find again without the aid of a metal detector and a detectorist to operate it.
If you would like assistance in recovering something contact us and we will see what we can do to help.
Club membership is at capacity and due to the current pandemic restrictions, we can’t take any new members until further notice.
If you’d like to join the club contact us to be put on the waiting list.
If you have previously applied to join the club your request is being reviewed and we will in due course, offer places accordingly, however we have limited vacancies. No more new applications are being taken at this time
